Clarity Calls are scheduled through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive:

• A confirmation email
• A calendar invitation
• A link to complete the Clarity Call Questionnaire
• A link to this Booking & Cancellation Policy

To help make the most of our time together, please complete the Clarity Call Questionnaire before your scheduled appointment.

Your responses allow us to better understand your priorities and prepare for a productive conversation.

Life happens.

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled session using the link included in your confirmation email.

If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us in advance, your session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that we can honor appointments for all clients.

If The ADMIN Office Solutions, LLC must reschedule your appointment, you will have the option to:

• Reschedule for another available time, or
• Receive a full refund.
