Clarity Calls are scheduled through our online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled session using the link included in your confirmation email.
If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us in advance, your session will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that we can honor appointments for all clients.
